Meet Kayleigh

“When I make my clients smile, that’s my real success.”

REALTOR®

Having had the good fortune of being born and raised in Kamloops allowed me to grow up as the city rapidly expanded. The fantastic community members of Kamloops provided a colourful background to my youth. Canada Day events, farmers markets, festivals and volunteering provided me with a taste of what my community had to offer. I now reside in beautiful Savona with my husband and 3 crazy dogs. While Kamloops will always have a piece of my heart, I truly love calling Savona home.

I feel strongly that the perfect home is different for everyone; as is comfort. I love to connect people with the right home that provides the perfect level of comfort to suit their needs. Whether you are looking for financial comfort, physical comfort (more/less space? New build? low maintenance? etc.) or the mental comfort that comes from knowing you made the right choice (that usually encompasses all three or more!) I am here to help you achieve that. My eclectic skill set and in depth, behind the scenes knowledge of the entire buying and selling process will ensure a smooth, stress-free transaction. You put your faith in me as a realtor and I want nothing more than for you to feel comfortable as we work together. Whether that be buying your first home, downsizing to enjoy the free time of your later years or upgrading for your growing family; your comfort is my top priority. From physical comfort to financial comfort - I will strive for it all.

More Background...

In 2018 I found myself unable to work for nearly a year due to a car accident caused by another driver.  I found myself going crazy being stuck at home. For the first time in my life, I began to understand the importance of feeling peace and comfort at home. I began to see how it goes beyond physical comfort. That it encompasses everything from layout functionality and the financial aspect of owning and running a household; to the neighbours, the views, noises and even scents – an overall vibe if you will. Never in my life had so many things been important for me to feel comfortable in my home. Typically all I needed was physical safety, cozy blankets and my family. Without warning I became hyper sensitive to my surroundings. My mental health and recovery became very dependent on how functional my home was and how comfortable I felt within it. My home at the time most certainly did not accommodate these new needs. Thus my husband and I began our house hunt. Upon falling in love with our new home in Savona, I was able to break through a plateau and reach a new level in my recovery. I began to feel more comfortable physically and financially and I was mentally at peace.

I LOVE living in Savona. The friendly members have been incredibly welcoming. Waking up looking at the water and having endless trails to explore but having all amenities so close is more than I could ask. -->

My Pack

After losing our 17 year old Shortgi (Sheltie/Corgi mix,) we felt a huge void within our home. His energy seemed to fill the house, even though he wasn’t very big himself. We luckily found the sweetest girl, Paisley at the SPCA in Kelowna. Her sweet demeanor and zest for life quickly brought us back to life. We felt we had so much love to share that we sought out rescuing another. Dexter came howling his way into our lives and hasn’t stopped since. He’s a silly nut who makes us laugh every day. Now for those that don't know, we recently got a new pupper, Arlo. His spunky personality keeps us on our toes (big doggos included!) He's so sweet and fits in perfectly with our pack.

There is nothing like staying at home for real comfort.
